DeLappo DiGuyo! (Onion, tomato, cucumber, spouts, pine nuts, fresh ginger, garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, Sea salt, kelp, italian seasonings (i make my own of basil, marjoram, sage, thyme) we even added a little cayenne on the side for us adults.

  1. Sady the food you're preparing looks awesome! I am so impressed. I find we get into such ruts (around here) and just keep clinging to the same old foods we are accustomed to...you are breaking the mold and doing such a great job!

    I'd love to know how the candida diet works for you also.
