Vegetable Soup! (carrots, potato, onion, garlic, heritage grains (quinoa, wild & brown rice, amarath), green beans, Sea Salt, homemade chicken bone broth (simmered over 24 hours) with side dash of cayenne. (for the adults) with Rice flour flap jack! (brown rice flour, italian seasonings, sea salt, egg, water) YUM!
